The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Plaza de Armas and within reach of restaurants and cathedrals. The rooms are basic and somewhat small, lacking noise isolation, but they are situated at the front of the hotel for easy access. The service was friendly, although there were language limitations, with room service and other facilities available. The dining options, while simple and requisite for trekkers, may come at an extra cost. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money despite some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean, but slightly outdated with the need for renovation, especially to remove the old blankets and carpets. The staff was extra polite and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and responsive service. The location was good, allowing me to watch the World Cup football matches and being extremely close to Plaza de Armas and the Sun Temple. The dining experience was okay, with simple offerings and some additional charges for certain items.
